Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of Taj Host services, provided by TAJ IT Solutions Limited (Malta Company Reg. No. C 117054), registered office at Premiere Business Centre, Suite 1 Level 2, Triq il-Kostituzzjoni, Mosta, MST 1750, Malta (“Taj Host”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, domain registration and transfer, SSL certificates, managed VPS/servers, website design, and related services, as described on our website and in your order.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a contract.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, infringing, harmful or abusive purposes, including malware, phishing, spam, or content that violates the rights of others or applicable law. We may suspend services for material breaches of this policy.

5. Fees, payment and renewals

Fees are due in advance and are stated at checkout. Services may renew automatically for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date; you can manage renewals in your client area. Taxes (including VAT where applicable) are added as required by law.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and consumer withdrawal rights are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Service levels

We target 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Specific service-level commitments, if any, are stated in your plan.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use policy, or where required by law. On termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period; keep your own backups.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via our website or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
